For cancellations done less than 1 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00:00, the cancellation fee is 100%.
For cancellations done less than 2 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00:00, the cancellation fee is 50%.
For cancellations done less than 7 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00:00, the cancellation fee is 25%.

However, Rental Company will do its best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for the same date as booked by Guest, the a value of 50€ will be charged in CREDIT Card as administration fee.
The above point, doesn't apply for rentals with more than a month, during that period, and for strong personally reasons; being refunded the proportional of the time not used more 15 days.

If the property is not ready for occupancy, the Rental Company can terminate the lease by written notice to the Guest.

Termination of contract will take place if the property or its contents are damaged caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or any other reasons beyond Rental Company's control. In such a case, the full booking deposit is returned to the Guest. The Rental Company is not liable for any inconvenience or damage caused to Guest.
