General Policies

KEYS
Guests will receive two sets of keys upon arrival. If Rental Company needs to enter the Property, Rental Company, will do its best to contact Guest prior to entering the property. If Rental Company was not able to contact guest, Rental Company reserves the right to enter property any time without Guest authorization.
Guest is not allowed to make extra copies of keys or lend the keys to any non-registered person. Guests are required to securely lock all locks provided. If keys are lost, Guest is responsible for costs incurred for supplying a new set of keys and locks.

 

GENERAL CONDUCT
Guest and all other occupants will be required to vacate the property and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: A.) Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated in this contract. B.) Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession of drugs C.) Causing damage to the property or to any of the neighboring properties. D.) Any other acts which interfere with neighbors rights to quiet enjoyment of their property.

 

 INDEMNITY
The owner of the property and Rental Company do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property while staying at the property.
No liability is accepted by the owner and Rental Company for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. If takes more time than 24h, Guest is free to cancel the contract and to be refunded of the proportional value not used.
Guest will be held liable for damages or fines incurred by him/herself or any of his/her guests.
The owner will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The Credit Card number works as a security deposit. The security deposit is not used verifying that property and its contents are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this contract are met. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.
If either intentionally or by an act of negligence there is damages caused to the property or its contents of which repairs and or replacements need to be made, Guest authorizes immediately the use of his CREDIT card to pay the expenses.

 

OCCUPANCY

Occupancy shall not exceed number of guests stated in house description.Upon arrival all guests will be required to register with management and hand in a copy of their passports.
It is not allowed to bring additional guests to the property without previous consent from Rental Company.
Owner and Rental Company are not liable for any damages to the property or the building caused by guests of the main registered Guest of the property.

 

CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE
The property will be in a clean and proper condition for occupancy.
The Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received, by making sure that dishes and other kitchen materials are washed and put away and furniture, books, dvd’s and cd’s are returned to their place. All trash must be disposed of prior to check out..
At time of departure management and Guest will inspect property for cleanliness and any items that may have been damaged.
If additional cleaning is required, outside of the normal cleaning that is provided, a cleaning fee of 50€ is taken by management from Credit Card.
Maintenance to yards, swimming pool and all exterior spaces could happen during Guest staying and are Owner’s responsibility
.

 

PROPERTY SUPPLIES

The property will be equipped with basic toiletries such as toilet paper and hand soap upon arrival. Cleaning materials such as broom, mop, sponge, and detergents are also supplied.

 

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden in property buildings or house depending on information on the walls.
